Regional Chapters

Here is the information for the regional chapters for celebrating the 50 anniversary of MCI.

The event in Richardson, Texas

The event we are planning will be a sit down dinner with a cash bar.  We are thinking about a keynote speaker, a PowerPoint presentation showing historical photos, and In Memoriam presentation.   The current details are shown below:

Date:  Saturday August 4th  Time: TBD.

Location:  Double Tree Tree Hotel in Richardson, 1981 N. Central Expressway Richardson, TX  75080.

The cost of the event is $65.00 per person.  The menu options are Petit Filet, Chicken, or Vegetarian Lasagna.  We have a contract with the Double Tree and have coordinated a discount on Hotel rooms.  The hotel rooms are $99 per night and include a breakfast for 2.  Reservations for hotel rooms should be made directly with the Double Tree.  More information will be provided later.

Please RSVP to Tom Meagher by March 31, 2018, so we can get an idea of a preliminary headcount.  We will need a final headcount and menu selections no later than June 1, 2018, if you will be attending.
